We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC263834. You can contact us about your data at info@brimmheadwear.com.

2. What information we collect
We may collect:

  • Your contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number and delivery address
  • Order details, such as the items you buy and your order history
  • Payment information, which is handled securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
  • Returns information submitted through our returns portal
  • Stockist enquiries, including your business name, contact details and information about your shop
  • Website usage data, collected through cookies (see section 8)
  • Marketing preferences, if you sign up to our emails

3. How we use your information
We use your information to process and deliver your orders, manage returns and refunds, respond to enquiries, send marketing emails if you've opted in, improve our website, and meet our legal obligations, such as keeping financial records.

We process your data because it's needed to fulfil your order (contract), because we have a legal obligation (such as tax records), because it's in our legitimate interests (such as responding to stockist enquiries and improving our website), or because you've given consent (such as for marketing emails).   • Delivery couriers, for deliveries
  • Klaviyo

7. How long we keep your information
We keep order and payment records for six years to meet our legal and tax obligations. Stockist enquiries are kept for 5 years unless we go on to work together. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Our website uses cookies to make it work properly and to understand how visitors use it. You can choose which non-essential cookies to accept through our cookie banner or your browser settings.
